What I’m Wearing: Christmas Eve – Blogmas Day 23

Comfy and Cozy~

Christmas Eve is tomorrow and, of course, I wait until the last second to do everything so I just picked out my Christmas Eve outfit and decided to do a little OOTD (or OOT- Outfit of tomorrow?) Just to give a little background as to what my Christmas Eve/Christmas looks like, I have a super small family (about 8 people total) who come over each year for Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. My family is half Jewish so we don’t go hardcore on Christmas either, we just sort of hang out, exchange gifts, and eat. So this year, I decided to keep my outfit rather lowkey and comfortable. I have this horrible tendency of dressing up and being uncomfortable so this year I wanted to change that.

And to go with my lowkey OOT, I also did a very lowkey photo session with my toilet because I did not have the time or energy to do self timer and figure out a place in my house that would look nice to take pictures. Don’t call me lazy, call me honest and resourceful.

Sweater // TJMaxx

Leggings // Marshall’s

Boots // Target or Kohls (They were my mom’s but she gave them to me because they were too small on her)

I adore this sweater dress to no end. I don’t think it is intended to be a dress because I have it in an XL but I wear it as a dress with leggings underneath (because it isn’t quite long enough to wear with tights comfortably, although I have done it in the past.) I paired the sweater with some plain black leggings and some knee high black boots which gives the outfit a comfortable feel without looking sloppy or lazy. I feel like the boots really make the outfit look like I tried.

Overall, Christmas is more than just an outfit and pictures, it is time with loved ones you care about.
