A quick run down of a few “must-haves” to get you into that fall vibe~

When I think fall, I have a few select items that come to mind. These items range from fashion to decor to snacks, but all items have one thing in common, they make me feel comfy, cozy, and happy.

  1. candle.PNG
    A good candle-
I particularly love Bath and Body Works candles, which is incredibly basic but they are so popular for a reason. Each year they put out new and lovely smelling candles. This year I picked up the Evening Hearth, but I also love the Leaves candle and the Pumpkin Apple candle. This year they even gave certain scents Halloween names and labels.

  2. Blanket scarves-
I wrote a whole Ode to Blanket Scarves last winter because I love them so much. They are so versatile and can be worn so many ways. Plus they are super warm and can dress up even the most plain outfits. Target has some really nice ones in the Value Spot this year for just $7.

  3. socks.PNG
    Themed socks-
I am a sucker for fall and Halloween socks, especially the really plush fuzzy ones. Charming Charlies, Michael’s, and Target have some really cute ones this season and you better believe I am stocking up.
  4. Processed with VSCO with t1 preset
    Dark lipstick-
I think a bold and dramatic lip is perfect for the fall. Berry lipsticks can really turn any outfit from plain to edgy real quick. I personally love this Revlon lipstick in the shade Black Cherry.

  5. Flannels-
Flannels are about 90% of my fall wardrobe and I am wearing one right now as I write this. A flannel is great because it can be tied around the waist or worn and adds that extra bit of warmth and comfort to an outfit. My personal favorites are my blue and green (men’s) flannel from a local sporting goods store, as well as my classic red and black flannel from Forever 21.

  6. cider.PNG
    Seasonal Beverage-
Some people are really into PSL’s but I am personally allergic to Starbucks pumpkin spice and I don’t like coffee….however, Dunkin Donuts iced apple cider is my absolute jam in the fall. I could drink it all day everyday. I also love regular apple cider from local cider mills!
